By using the services provided by Ibrahim.tools, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Billing and Refund:
   1.1. Payment will be charged automatically via PayPal. If you do not wish to continue using our services, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription from your end. We do not cancel any payments from our end.
   1.2. We offer refunds only if requested within 24 hours of payment. Refunds will be issued only if an issue is identified that cannot be resolved within a few hours.
   1.3. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to update payment information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2. Account Suspension:
   2.1. Ibrahim.tools reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms of service or that we determine to be engaging in suspicious activity, such as account sharing or spamming.
   2.2. If your account is suspended, you may initiate a counter-review using the live chat feature. Our dedicated review team will review your account within 2-3 days to determine if there has been any suspicious activity. If the review team determines that your account has not engaged in any suspicious activity, your account will be unblocked.
   2.3. You agree to use only one ISP/IP per user. Dynamic IPs are allowed. You are not permitted to use one account on multiple devices, including but not limited to home and office. If you need to use multiple devices or ISPs/IPs, you must purchase multiple accounts. VPNs and RDPs are strictly prohibited.

3. Services and Uptime:
   3.1. Ibrahim.tools reserves the right to change the price and validity of any service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes in advance.
   3.2. We outsource the accounts used in our services, and as a result, there may be minor downtime issues. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
   3.3. If any of our tools reach their maximum limit, you may need to wait until our team refills the account.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our services.
